Does SailLab integrate with HubSpot or Salesforce?
Not natively today. Bookings sync to each rep's Google or Outlook calendar in real time, so any CRM that reads from those calendars sees the meetings. Native HubSpot and Salesforce integrations are on our roadmap; if this is a blocker for you, get in touch and we'll let you know when it ships.
How does round-robin handle uneven calendars?
SailLab checks every rep's calendar in real time and only offers slots where someone is actually free. You can pick from three algorithms — equal distribution, weighted (e.g. senior reps take 2× the leads), or least-recently-booked — and set a maxMeetingGap so no single rep gets too far ahead of the team.
Can prospects book group or panel meetings with multiple reps?
Yes. Multi-host meeting types let you set required attendees, optional attendees, or 'at-least-one' groups. SailLab finds slots where the right combination of reps is available simultaneously.
